We're breaking the industry norm in Malaysia: regular corrugated packaging starts from just 1 piece, while our other products start from 100 pieces. We set a flexible MOQ around your actual needs, so you never have to over-order and carry the loss.
Our standard production takes 10–15 business days after sample approval. Rush orders can be completed within 7 days. Sample production takes 5–7 business days.
We don't do original visual design for brand logos or product artwork. But to make sure your product gets produced smoothly, our technical team draws the standard die-line (unfolded layout) for you free of charge, and once you submit your artwork we help with professional pre-press imposition and file checks.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Letter of Credit (L/C). Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat clients, we offer flexible payment terms.
Yes. Customers here in Johor Bahru can have door-to-door delivery; orders outside the area are handled through logistics partners.
We accept AI, PDF, PSD, CDR, and high-resolution JPG files. Please provide vector files with all fonts outlined or embedded. Our team will check your files and confirm before production.
